By using this website or booking a service with Tamiko Studio, you agree to the following terms:
1. Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, and creative materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of Tamiko Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reuse or repurpose our work for other brands or businesses without permission.
2. Payment Terms
All project pricing is listed in NZD + GST unless otherwise stated. Payment schedules are outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal, and typically require a 50% deposit to secure your project start date. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content, brand feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may result in a project being paused or rescheduled.
4. Project Timeline
Each project includes a clear timeline for delivery. This timeline may shift if requested materials are delayed. We do our best to stay on track and communicate clearly.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not provided for change of mind. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any time already spent will be invoiced at the agreed hourly or project rate.
6. External Links & Tools
This website may contain links to other platforms (like Instagram, Notion templates, Flodesk opt-ins, etc). We’re not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.
7. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
